The Orange man called out the FAA at prioritizing hiring intellectually disabled individuals during his initial blame conference.
Well, in 2019, it was the Orange Man's administration actually started the program; the one that he attacked at the press conference.
The FAA provides aviation careers to people with disabilities. -From Thursday April 11, 2019, the FAA announced a pilot program to help prepare people with disabilities for careers in
TRAFFIC OPERATIONS.
"A key focus for the FAA's Office of Civil Rights is to identify specific operations for people with targeted disabilities, empower them and facilitate their entry into a MORE DIVERSE and INCLUSIVE WORKSPACE WORKFORCE."
This... THIS is from the Orange man's administration in 2019.
In fact, this is the same policy he tried to attack on stage. There is even a clause left over in the documentation including hiring on more individuals of minority!
