Self Found is a guild where you use what you are able to attain yourself or in groups, no buying equipment unless its possible for you to get within reason, great for new players since your gonna be that way anyway, just like old times lol. You can always play twinks later in other guilds.
Shaman are good in any situation, solo, duo or group, this is just like classic, so what went then, goes now.
