I think it wouldn't be hard to prove the state is at fault for the vast majority of these fires due to policy failures.

It's hard to imagine that a state that lost 24 billion can't be sued for mismanagement that they'll say threatens to bankrupt a few 50 billion dollar insurance companies.

Especially with dictator and fascist in cheif heir Trump. Who would also agree that california deserves to have the full force of the law target literally every politician here.
