Pending update:

- innothule frogloks will now use the "tunicless" model.
- troll slayer combat text fixed.
- Fixed Ortallius quest text and hails. was completely wrong. http://www.tokyo2001.com/game/eq/quest/sro/sro02.html
- guard gregor loot fixed
