that's a wild design choice, i assume the idea was you don't have to worry about class balance as much if nobody can do shit without a group anyway
just gonna lead to the meta of if you aren't playing whatever the correct dps class is fuck off or you get carried through the content as a favor after it's already trivial to the tank / healer like how it worked on shards of dalaya with 6man raid content
