Funny thing is I don’t even give a shit, I wouldn’t personally have kicked the OP but it wasn’t my decision. No one in Castle even knows who I am. I hadn’t logged in in like a year and even when I did I didn’t raid or do anything with the guild other than banter in guild chat. When I signed up years ago I told them I only wanted to have some guild chat banter. I had no idea WTF the “UN” even was when it was mentioned here
And yea the term racism has been over-used in the past decade to the point where it’s like the boy who cried wolf and people don’t take it as seriously, including me. But when I do see something that could be conceived as racist and someone trying to deny it I might argue with them. Then if they say stupid shit, especially when trying to insult me, I have no problem going round and round with them
While I do love to argue, I’m actually not a negative person. Anyone who reads my posts in off topic knows this. I also tend to give most people the benefit of the doubt especially if they tend to back up their claims. For example, while most people here don’t share info about their work, I’ve seen enough ancillary information posted a while back to believe that Troxx who posted in this thread is a highly credentialed medical professional (leaving it vague so as not to doxx) from what I remember. But everything about Eagle’s proposed vocational life just struck me as exaggerations and lies to cover more lies. He reminded me of a little kid caught in a lie who keeps coming up with bigger and bigger whoppers to try to lie his way out. I mean, the dude called me “Webster wannabe” for knowing the definition of job for Christ’s sake lol. And knowing that the difference between job and career is about possibilities for advancement and not whether a position is self employed. Just didn’t strike me as the enterprise building type based on his communication
