IK Necro is a solid choice.

Druid is another absolute unit for just starting out and getting plat/gear.

I have a 60 IK Necro on Red and not having the pre-nerf CoS is not a big deal at all. As mentioned above, the Gazughi ring fixes this and your home town isn't farm from the Gazughi camp. If you can get a spot while leveling, the 30 second repops can make for solid exp AND loot. If you're happy skipping on the ring for a bit, you can absolutely dominate that camp with your pet at higher levels.
