My personal opinion would be amphetamines.
They're nothing like rare or w/e, most cities are just crackheads stabbing each other everyday? I don't like the joke because it implies this place is dangerous because kids get heated and yell at each other/pvp in a video game? Like Dota does that all day every day, yelling throwing etc. I just feel it elevates this place to really something it's not?
