I'm not familiar with autohotkey or how it works but the game internals allow for custom keybinds so I would presume if your setup is just one input equals one output, aka one action bound to a key then it should be fine. I don't think CSR cares if the key you bind to has a W or T or whatever on it.
What definitely isn't allowed is hardware macro so you wouldn't be allowed to use hardware that effectively would turn one input into multiple outputs aka hitting one key on your setup being the equivilant of hitting multiple keys on the keyboard.
