Pretty much everything can solo at this point but for real, bard is like fast mass soloing with bard kiting, mage is pretty decent at soloing until 30 but it slows down (IMO) around then, necro you can solo well all the way to 60.
The best solo classes are probably enchanter, shaman, necro in that order, and wizard, druid is able to exp solo well as well.
