I always stigmatized bipolar cuz my abuser was. Now that I researched it. I have a ton more empathy for bipolar ppl. It's just as bad as cancer. A lobipolar t of bipolar people die or get killed or suicide cuz of the disease. So yeah. I won't compare survival rates...not to mention the side effects of bipolar meds... etc... maybe not "as bad" butt it can be a shitty way to go.
