Being able to BP heal with PoTG is the real win. You can even buy Jasper’s in Thurg.
Every time I get a DW BP I say I’ll never sell it and then find a reason why 23k is better. The helm is nice to have though. 1/3rd the healing for 1.7% the price is a good deal.
