Hey Xarn, if you're staying on blue I'd start guild shopping... its a lot more fun with other people to chat to/do groups/raids with.
Necro and enchanter are both fun. Arguably necros are more well rounded for solo stuff and with feign death, lifetaps and other toys they shine alone. They're also very easy to level without any gear, so if you did want to move to green and start at zero plat you'll be able to that on an easy start.
