Reading in the forums it says you can create a second account from the main P99 page. I have a forums and the wiki and I don't see a "CREATE ACCOUNT" tab anywhere, even when I'm not logged in.
Trying to make another account as my first is full, no I'm not boxing.
How/where do I do this? It's been so long since orginally signing up I forget.
