It only works to level 25 I believe so won't work in KC.
I was only casting that one spell and tried it with Epic/Lute of Howler and then just the lute of howler. Got the multiple messages at one time for all the mobs saying resisted I believe. I did trying just the higher solo target Song of twilight on a mob and it did mez it.
