I don't care for yoga or meditation, but the reason this works is because
a woman's amygdala has to be deactivated before she can feel sexual pleasure. The amygdala is the stress/fear center of the brain (fake raep doesn't count). This evolved because primitive man wasn't as empathetic toward a woman's refusal before law existed.
