Mossad isn't going anywhere. Their reputation took a hit in the intelligence community but they aren't going anywhere.
Bibi though won't survive the political repercussions of allowing this to happen on his watch especially given his strong defense rhetoric. Whether he is ousted from Govt before war end is to be determined, but his grip on power won't survive that much longer. Israelis are not happy with him.
