Abacab, I am not a cultural relativist.
Some things are wrong.
Domestic abuse is one (of many) of those things. I don't care what culture you're from, if you're beating your wife in the house next to mine (or another place), I will do what I can to stop that from happening, including talking to you, calling the authorities, or stopping you myself. Cultural relativism is an artifact of far left philosophy which is great in theory and can be applied to many situations, but in practice when violence is involved, it becomes justification.
