That's more evidence than you have, everything you're saying is mere speculation.
Show me Susugam's IP and Deathgirls IP and cross-reference them then you might have some solid evidence if it comes from the same geographical location
If this was court right now, you better present that evidence because you're about to lose this case quicker than your sanity.
