What faction is the NPC Fixxin Followig (
https://wiki.project1999.com/Fixxin_Followig) on? I'm trying to cap my Priests of Life faction without harming Bloodsabers, and Silver Bars was a great way to do that. Unfortunately he's threatening to me even in wolf form, so I'm trying to figure out what I need to raise to let me do this quest.
Hoping someone might know! Google has failed me thus far.
