i would suggest that it is inside the temple, when the temple was revamped to high level stuff, all the previous inside stuff, was moved outside for quests like these. It has not been revamped here, so i would look in CT itself. Mobs like radiant i can confirm have been seen inside.

upon investigating your link, i see it is involving radiant so yes its inside. I've ported into the CT maze and many times seen radiant waltz up
