Proofs in the pudding. They did nothing while he was in office. And the sanctions aren’t working now and they weren’t working then. Russia is making new friends and customers that are buying from them and selling to us.
If you remember Obamas mic slip when he promised to dismantle europes middle defense system in favor of Russia. Obama said to wait until his next term in office and he can get it done.
