Meh, I don't see a lot wrong with educating people in shitholes like parts of Africa that birth control exists, rather than encourage them to breed like fish where they expect 30-50% of the baby fish schools to die off

central africa has a similiar geographic advantage that the united states has, so it is purposefully kept in a state of chaos.
were some faction to realize this and unite the continent across central africa, it would result in a nation with the geographic security and abundant resources like the U.S. has. everything to make a world super-power exists there, minerals, oil, year-round agriculture, etc. central africa is in a better position than china or russia, but it's constantly fighting itself so nothing gets done.
it's the only other place on earth where this is possible, no other region can be as self sufficient as the US could, so since europeans showed up the entire western world has worked to guarantee that a stable and united central african super-power cannot develop
