Additional Notes:

1. May be killed at any chosen location.
2. All trackers must be members of an eligible raiding entity, with a visible guild tag.
3. COTH FTE is permitted, but a mage tracker may not be logged in at the time of a raid target’s initial spawn.
4. If a mage tracker is seen in-game, near a raid target, their guild will receive a penalty and must concede 3 of that target.
5. In the occurrence of a quake, any mage, near a raid target, must immediately gate to avoid a penalty for their guild.
6. All rule details and enforcement, including number of concessions and additional punishments, are at the sole discretion of Project 1999 staff.

Statue of Rallos Zek / Avatar of War

The guild who kills The Statue of Rallos Zek locks out all other guilds from engaging The Avatar of War for 20 minutes from Statue's time of death.
The guild who kills Statue may not engage or obtain an FTE on another raid mob during this 20 minute period unless AoW is killed or conceded.
