Okay cool so I'm assuming your position is that all charges ever brought against anyone are all equally valid? There's no such thing as an obviously frivolous, partisan, politically motivated prosecution? There's nothing asymmetrical in the way trump is being treated vs dems who have done the exact same things, often in more egregious ways?

My position is these charges aren't valid as a 'crime' until he's convicted. Until then it's just a court case.
"frivolous, partisan, politically motivated prosecution?" This would not have made it past the indictment stage across three separate cases, including one Trump-appointed judge that is still in that stage and trying to drag it out as long as possible.
