Yep. Even with no kids I barely have 2h 4 times a week to hit the gym and maybe 1 other day to do some running/biking. Kudos to you for squeezing in time to workout, I dunno if I had the strength to do it with a kid on my hands [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

honestly, if my main hobby (mountaineering/distance backpacking) didnt require high fitness, i doubt i would be working out ever
