I had a charmed pet. I went to hand it a piece of -MR gear (rusty shoulders). As I was clicking trade, charm broke

I checked my bags as I was re-charming the mob, item not there. I checked the ground, not there

After I killed the charmed mob, I checked it’s body, item not there

Can I get these back through like some kind of a ticket? I would hate to have this have to go to small claims court
