That's because you're retarded. What we refer to as "time passage" only occurs based upon proximity to massive objects. The more massive, the more "time" to experience there is. In the remotest regions of space, very little time passage occurs while we scurry around like ants experiencing entire lives in moments, comparatively, as time itself is a rate of change.
