Haha funny you say that, I think my lvl 60 character may have been in Wudan for a bit, I gave my account info to a friend after I retired. Didn't see my character in this video though... Thanks for sharing.
Starting playing the summer of '99 and made my RZ char in the fall of 99 I think. I played heavily through Kunark and Velious and slowed down playing late 2001 after I dinged level 60 and stopped playing entirely not long after Luclin came out. Hated the new character models and the bazaar and nexus. Also I was going into college and knew I couldn't balance EQ with that.
I remember Darkenbane and Kerrygetz and those infamous PKs from way back in the day who would stalk around in the Karanas (pre-Kunark). Also I'll never forget surviving some crazy train in Velk's lab with like 1% HP only to immediately get ganked by some PK upon zoning out into Great Divide. I wasn't bagged at all and they looted my breastplate!
Project1999 was perfect for me since I played only during the "classic" era, I couldn't resist coming back when I heard about the server.
