Pagans are misguided tho in that like many in organized religion they are full of pride, ego, hubris, and there is much corruption of their faith and superstitions. So the ritual they do for good health is probably eating them alive and hindering them on the path to enlightenment...and the spiritual salvation G-d offers is going to be much harder to attain.
