If the vax were a placebo it should still keep people who don't need to be in the hospital for Covid from going to the hospital for Covid, freeing up resources for Covid patients who do need to be in the hospital and improving their level of care, increasing their likelihood to survive.

All the people who likely would be hospitalized by it should get the vaxx
