Again you don't understand that some of these surgeries isn't just done after birth as I already explained.
You stated you aren't for breast removal in minors. Do you have any idea how uncomfortable gigantomastia is? How it can affect your daily life?
Perhaps if I take something from you childhood knowledge you could understand.
Punky Brewster suffered from this and at age 16 (classified as a minor to you alt righties) she was suffering from gigantomastia and needed surgery.
Why is it alright for so many not to be enrage then about very obvious mutilation of breast tissue verse including gender issues like dysphoria today?

In many cases medical professionals are looking to help the well being of children; even if it can help prevent suicide or self-harm.
