Yeah just gotta finish off the PT on it. Query how it necessarily relates to "toughness" but I'll humor you nonetheless.
Also relevant for the parameters are what you currently train for. Are you primarily HIIT and endurance? Do you powerlift? Etc. Essentially, what's your training regimen of choice?
