But yeah you were thinking of lacrosse. The simple way to think about rugby if you're not familiar with it is imagine what it would be like to play American football without pads or helmets. Obviously that's simplistic since the rules etc are very different, but an easy way to think about it if you don't know anything about the physicality of the sport.
