I think the best two responses would either be to quote that college thesis length research paper that one chick (Pink something?) quoted showing how it is statistically possible for a party or organization to have 100% of the time done things one agrees with
It used a lot of fancy words and arguments but THAT argument will never convince me there was no manipulation via propaganda. That’s just me being stubborn, I don’t buy it

Which I sort of understand. We tried for years to get my mom to swear, waiting for when she was most pissed and being like “just do it, get it out, you’ll feel better”….and she’d be like “oh….CRAP!” To this day she’s never said the F word. Sort of a similar situation
