Like I said, I would LOVE to see the rates at which medical transition and affirmation are recommended. I bet it is way above 80% of clients, but of course with this being PHI we may never get this data

I think one of the Youtube monsters had a staffer or guest who openly trolled and lied to a shrink he saw and they still said he should transition.
PJW comes to mind but I'll check around and make sure.
