The one big important thing when it comes to crime statistics is when people feel like police are not solving these crimes like break ins and theft, they become disenfranchised and give up reporting them, because nothing happened when they did before
So anywhere that is going on won’t actually have accurate crime statistics. They’re always going to be lower than what is actually occurring. So we can’t even rely on the raw data
