I don’t think anyone made a race argument that I recall when it comes to drug abuse. And yea, it’s obviously happening in rural areas, but the fallout isn’t as bad as when these homeless addicts all cram together on a few city blocks, creating a bigger biohazard and safety issue
What most people also don’t want to think about is, I don’t have the exact stats, but like 70%+ of hard drug users are functional addicts. Meaning people that work and aren’t on the streets/homeless
