Before seeing your post I made a list of fire/cold/magic resistant gear, I thought I, a level 43 ranger could either get or buy. There are several pieces on your list that wasn't on mine and vice versa, so I decided to just quickly copy my list here. Just thought it may also be useful to others (I hope).
