Default Mangy Rat in Qeynos Hills
the Mangy Rat that spawns in Qeynos Hills currently shares a loot table with the Mangy Rat that spawns in North Qeynos. That is, the one in Qeynos Hills drops Rat Head which is intended for use in the quest Sneed's Rat Infestation.
