Pence and Biden did bad, admitted they did bad. Pence was cleared. Biden is still being evaluated.

I fully understand what you're saying. Taking documents that you're allowed to take at the time and then not returning them (at first) = life in prison. And you think that's a reasonable punishment. I think it's completely insane and obviously politically motivated, but let's agree to disagree.
Oh also wasn't the FBI fully aware trump had this stuff, and didn't they actually assist in securing it at his mansion prior to the raid last year? Or somebody did? I seem to remember that being a thing.
