To be fair, Green has come a long way for the casual player, as a lot of previous posters have indicated, the server has a vibrant lowbie population and it's fairly easy to get groups (and mobs) all the way to early 50's.
Honorable mention goes to @azxten for the
"and instanced over to Teal to get a mana stone before merging back." comment, consider working as a political consultant if you haven't already, it takes talent to take such a huge slanderous dump on a server in so few words. But that's not how it really happened, if it happened at all.
