Poisons Apply skill Maxed , still fails sometimes
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but saw a post back in 2012 where Nilbog fixed the same issue where a rogue was maxed skill and was failing to apply, I’m Max apply poison skill, and it still fails 20% of the time to apply poison , if this is the way it is intended to work I’m fine with that no problem, but was curious if at Max skill if it is supposed to never fail to apply.
Any info is much appreciated!!
