Ginge was not a warm body on enchanter. Playing the paladin alt before the level requirement for melee rule was satisfied was the issue. Often Ginge's pally would be /role so as to not be picked up automatically by the logs. You earn a ton of DKP and plat gear and put it on an alt and you wanna play that alt.

re-apply are two different things. People can make amends, talk to each other, that sort of thing. Applying does not = re-entry.
Ginge certainly could have handled this better in talking to the guild leadership no doubt.
