They are laughably bending and stretching this law far beyond The Constitution to try and make these charges stick. It's slowly being chiseled away on appeal. They even just let the Shaman out of prison after that video dropped. I know it sounds serious to say 'thousands charged and convicted' but it's literally a blanket charge of trespassing.
