I’ll try to generate 12 non-player characters who are in the castle, based on some of the names and types I found online. Please note that this is not a complete list, but only a sample of what it could look like.

Xicotl: A male dhampyre who serves as Mayong’s envoy and gatekeeper. He is chaotic evil, cunning and arrogant. He wants to prove himself worthy of Mayong’s favor and become a full vampire. He fears being betrayed or abandoned by Mayong. He has a rivalry with Ssynthi, who he considers a rival for Mayong’s attention.

Ssynthi: A female dark elf who serves as Mayong’s advisor and consort. She is lawful evil, loyal and ambitious. She wants to help Mayong achieve his goal of godhood and share his power. She fears losing Mayong’s love or trust. She has a rivalry with Xicotl, who she considers a threat to her position.

Mynthi Davissi: A female gypsy dancer who entertains Mayong and his guests. She is chaotic neutral, seductive and playful. She wants to enjoy life and have fun. She fears being bored or trapped. She has a friendship with Lasna Cheroon, who she dances with.

Lasna Cheroon: A female gypsy musician who plays music for Mayong and his guests. She is chaotic neutral, creative and adventurous. She wants to explore new places and learn new things. She fears being silenced or caged. She has a friendship with Mynthi Davissi, who she plays music for.

Garton Viswin: A male human who serves as Mayong’s prisoner and experiment. He is lawful good, brave and noble. He wants to escape from the castle and warn the world of Mayong’s plans. He fears being corrupted or killed by Mayong. He has a hatred for Mayong and his minions, who tortured him.

Princess Cherista: A female fairy princess who serves as Mayong’s pet and toy. She is chaotic good, innocent and naive. She wants to be free from Mayong’s control and return to her home in the Faydark forest. She fears being hurt or broken by Mayong. She has a sympathy for Garton Viswin, who she tries to comfort.

Enynti: A male imp familiar who serves as Mayong’s spy and messenger. He is chaotic evil, mischievous and sly. He wants to cause trouble and chaos for his own amusement. He fears being punished or banished by Mayong. He has a loyalty to Mayong, who he obeys without question.

Maid Issis: A female ancille who serves as Mayong’s maid and servant. She is lawful evil, obedient and diligent. She wants to please Mayong and do her duties well. She fears being replaced or discarded by Mayong. She has a devotion to Mayong, who she worships as her master.

Butler Syncall: A male ancille who serves as Mayong’s butler and steward. He is lawful evil, respectful and efficient. He wants to manage the castle and its affairs smoothly. He fears being disgraced or dismissed by Mayong. He has a respect for Mayong, who he serves faithfully.

Black Dire: A male dire wolf who serves as Mayong’s guard dog and companion. He is neutral evil, fierce and loyal. He wants to protect Mayong and his territory from intruders. He fears being defeated or dominated by others. He has a bond with Mayong, who he follows obediently.

Joleena Dustwing: A female fairy princess who serves as Mayong’s ally and emissary. She is neutral evil, charming and manipulative. She wants to gain power and influence among the fairies by allying with Mayong. She fears being exposed or opposed by her own kind. She has a deception for Princess Cherista, who she pretends to befriend.

Fuzzmin: A male brownie scout who serves as Mayong’s enemy and nuisance. He is chaotic good, curious and brave. He wants to spy on Mayong and his activities and report back to his tribe in the Faydark forest. He fears being caught or killed by Mayong or his minions. He has a courage for Garton Viswin, who he admires.
