Single boxing is fine if there is a large enough population to support it, which a red99 would have.

Exactly, one boxxing on the smaller red servers is pointless and forces everyone to roll necro or mage. When red99 releases if i want to play a Monk, Warrior, or even hybrid SK/Pally, it will be feasible.
