Capitalism requires an exploitable underclass and conservative policy sees to it that this class continues to exist. Conservatives are not going to fix the issue of illegal immigration, no matter how much they whine about it.

No, it didn't.
The GOP will never fix immigration because their buddies rely on the cheap labor.
The Democrats won't either because they need the votes.
Almost anything you want solved, politicians will actively try to keep the issue alive because it motivates you to vote.
A Non-Profit business should attempt to work itself out of business, because that would mean they achieved their goal and solved their issue.
But that would mean the paychecks stop rolling in.
So there's an incentive to keep the issue alive.
Same with politicians.
You blame Capitalism, but it could be Power, etc.
