in addition to the biology, there is an entire set of psychology that goes along with female sexual pleasure. every single biological element can be perfect but if something is off psychologically the female will not have the same experience.
not like us dudes who can sexually perform in any mood, in any location, in any circumstances.

You could argue it's vaguely analogous to semen as the carrier fluid, but it's not ejaculate without carrying gametes. It's just lube.
