Yea it’s either grant funded or most likely they have Medicaid which covers 100% of Mental health treatment
It’s why so much of behavioral health is serving the poor. They are more likely to want to access the services when it doesn’t cost them anything, even their transport is covered. Middle class has to weigh out whether the benefit of the counseling or whatever is worth the co-pay each session, and that’s an entirely different consideration

that's cool, not ideal, but it's something. sad to think it'd probably just be something conservatives cut because it's easy to increase profit by cutting costs, since that's their whole MO, but still cool for the time being.
